ANCHORAGE, Alaska— Alaska USA Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the selection of two new executives, and the promotion of one current executive.

Jason Sasena has been selected to fill the new role of Chief Strategy Officer. Sasena has more than 24 years of experience in the financial services industry, and in particular, credit unions. Sasena holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwood University, a Master of Science in internet marketing from Full Sail University and holds the distinction of Certified Mortgage Banker. In addition, Jason is a board member of America’s Credit Union Mortgage Association (ACUMA). |

Randy Carswell has been selected to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer. Carswell joins Alaska USA Federal Credit Union with an extensive background in corporate finance, accounting, investment management, treasury and financial planning and analysis. Carswell holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a Master of Professional Accounting, both from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a certified public accountant as well as a certified internal auditor. |

Stephanie Maxwell has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Digital Experience. Maxwell has worked for Alaska USA for more than 13 years and most recently held the position of Vice President, Digital Channels |
