The employees and members of Global Credit Union recently donated more than 360 new children’s books to the Page Ahead, Children’s Literacy Program. The program provides children of primarily low-income families with new books to keep. Page Ahead enhances the relationship between parent and child and the relationship between child and books. Last year, 8,551 books were provided to 2,908 children in the Spokane area. This is the second year Global has participated.
